Marketing Coordinator & Customer Service

This is a full time position. We are looking for a very special individual who has strong technical skills, unusual creativity, and a person who can handle various duties simultaneously. Interruptions will be a given. But, for the right person, this job can be one where you can grow and be fulfilled.


WJ Office is a very busy place. However, marketing has not always had the attention that it is going to need for us to reach our goals. Do you have the skill sets to be able to help us develop or maintain a web site that we can be proud of? Can you work with contractors for web services to help THEM create and coordinate a strong web presence for all of our divisions?

Can you be responsible for updating the site, updating social media posts, maintaining our CRM data with the help of our sales reps? Can you work with our staff to keep our mass mailing email lists current? Can you help design and schedule email marketing and work with other media outlets to create a cohesive media presence for WJ Office? If so, maybe this role is right for you.

Customer Service and Office Administration

WJ Office has worked toward moving more of our customers to make less calls into our office simply to place orders. Our web ordering system works quite well, however, it doesn’t work by itself. Someone has to set up the customers properly, set up the customer pricing contracts, and work with the customer and our delivery staff to coordinate customer merchandise returns and pickups. Additionally, we need to proactively maintain customer contact on items that may be on backorder or may need to have a suitable substitute.

Other ongoing duties that are not done daily but still need to be done include mailing statements, occasional filing, ordering rubber stamps, greeting customers that come into WJ, and of course the answering of the telephone and routing calls.

This list of tasks, though many, may not be all of the things that this position may be asked to do. Additional items in this line of work may come up, but these are the main duties that we see.

Who are we looking for to fill this role?

We need a person who thrives on activity, has the CAN DO ability to do the above tasks and the WILL DO to complete them in a team oriented atmosphere. We are looking for an individual who can create his/her own identity in which our customers can relate positively toward.

We need a person who is organized and who can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. If you get frustrated over interruptions in your work, this position may not be right for you. You may be in the middle of something and called to do a more important task. You must realize that YOU will be a very important cog in the flow of activity here. We are looking for that special person who has the skills and the ability to realize THEIR VALUE to WJ in the position that they are filling.

This is a full time position working from 8-5 Monday through Friday and will be eligible for our health care program, our Simple IRA retirement program, our paid holidays, and the opportunity to be a valued member of a team that has served the High Country for over 40 years.
